Basij not intimated by propaganda of US, Zionist regime :Leader

EghtesadOnline: On the occasion of Basij Week, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, received thousands of the members of Basij in the Imam Khomeini Hussainiyah on Monday morning, Nov. 25, 2024.

Undoubtedly, the spirit of Basij and the Resistance front will overcome all the policies of the enemies, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution said in this meeting.

The Leader termed Basij as a school, an ideology and said "Faith in god and self-confidence are two pillars if Basij."

"We have seen divine assistance in many aspects since Islamic Revolution," he said, adding that the late Imam Khomeini created Basij as a bulwark against threats.

He went on to say that Basij played a role both in safeguarding Iran and its development.

Basiji is not intimidated by the US and Israeli propaganda, he asserted, adding that some of the prominent Iranian scientists, who were assassinated by the enemy, were members of the volunteer force.

Ayatollah further said that Basij will definitely destroy the Zionist regime. Basij, he emphasized, should strengthen, expand and maintain preparedness.

The Leader said the United States' ideal for the region is either submission or chaos, urging the force to counter US duality of dictator ship and anarchy.

Regarding the escalation of tensions in the West Asian region, the Leader ted, "Enemy has not won in Gaza and Lebanon and will never win."

Referring to recent ICC arrest warrants for Israel's prime minister and former war chief, Leader of the Islamic Revolution said, "Netanyahu should be given death sentence. / Mehr
