Gharibabadi pointed out that the Islamic Republic of Iran believes that the unity of civilizations should serve as a resistance against warmongering and domination. To achieve lasting peace and security in the world, he said, "we must avoid promoting war and escalating crises and instead focus on diplomacy and honest dialogue based on mutual respect."
