Iran’s foreign minister dismissed the US president’s claim that 32,000 people were killed during recent riots in Iran, saying the Iranian government has already released detailed and transparent figures on the victims of the terrorist operation.

Donald Trump alleged during a news briefing on Friday that 32,000 people had been killed in the unrest in Iran, a figure far higher than previously reported. He did not provide any source for the claim.

In response, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi issued a message on his X account on Saturday, stressing that Tehran has already made public the official data.

“Fulfilling our pledge of full transparency towards our own people, Iran's Government has already published a comprehensive list of all 3,117 victims of recent terrorist operation, including about 200 officers.
