Iran foreign ministry to continue its economic diplomacy, says MP

EghtesadOnline: The Foreign Ministry is going to continue its economic diplomacy to help resolve Iran's economic problems, Mohammad Javad Zarif was quoted as saying on Tuesday.
Iran's foreign minister during a meeting with members of the Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission said that the Foreign Ministry has done its best to play an active role in improving Iran's relations with the world, Hossein Naghavi Hosseini told the Islamic Republic News Agency.
According to the spokesman for the Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Zarif also said that the Foreign Ministry will pursue the issue of boundary waters between Iran and Afghanistan.
The Foreign Ministry has pursued the rights of Iranian Hajj pilgrims killed in Mina tragedy and would continue such efforts, the foreign minister said according to the member of the parliament.
Answering a question regarding holding the Holocaust exhibition in Tehran, he expressed his opposition with the idea, noting that the Zionist regime will take the advantage of such actions, Naghavi Hosseini said.
Elaborating the reasons of change in Foreign Ministry deputies, Zarif told the parliamentary commission that the foreign ministry has not replaced the person under foreign pressure.
The Foreign Ministry has done enough legal and diplomatic action against the MKO anti-Iranian gathering in Paris and will continue its efforts, Zarif was quoted as saying.
Zarif attended the meeting of the parliamentary commission to answer questions of the MPs about whether or not implementation of the JCPOA is satisfactory.
