Zangeneh: Iran to attend OPEC meeting in Algeria next month
EghtesadOnline: Oil Minister Bijan Zangeneh confirmed on Thursday that he will attend the upcoming meeting of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OEPC) in Algeria in late September.
According to IRNA, Zangeneh made the announcement to the reporters on the sidelines of his visit to Bushehr province on Thursday.
OPEC members will meet on the sidelines of the International Energy Forum (IEF), which groups producers and consumers, in Algeria on Sept. 26-28.
Energy market analysts believe that OPEC will probably revive talks on freezing oil production levels when it meets non-OPEC nations in Algeria.
