Iranian Paralympic team off to Rio

Iran's squad in Rio Paralympic Games consists of 111 athletes comprising 23 women and 88 men, according to IRNA.

The 2016 Summer Paralympics the fifteenth Summer Paralympic Games, are an upcoming major international multi-sport event for athletes with disabilities governed by the International Paralympic Committee, to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 7 September to 18 September 2016.

Over 4,500 athletes from 175 countries are set to attend the international event.
