He went on to say that the most important objective of the 11th government by the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was breaking the oppressive sanctions in a bid to pave the way for investment, trade transactions, exports of goods, services and tourism, according to IRNA.
President Rouhani voiced his pleasure his presence among the people of Qazvin, and said, “Qazvin province is of paramount importance from historical, cultural and geographical perspectives.”
“We were looking for creating an opening in the country’s domestic and foreign relation and today by implementation of the JCPOA, many pundits consider this big event as key to resolving many problems,” he added.
President Rouhani underlined that Iran’s negotiating sides are big powers, and said, “We negotiated only about Iran’s nuclear case and the rest of issues will also be resolved in the course of time.”
He pointed to Iran being flag-bearer of fighting terrorism and money-laundering, and said, “Unfortunately, some people are against the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and call it disgusting while we are looking for the implementation of our own law and combating against terrorism in order to prevent the terrorist groups such as Daesh (the ISIS) and so on from transferring money and cash.”
