President calls for taking measures to uphold Resistance Economy
EghtesadOnline: President Hassan Rouhani in separate meetings with governors general of Kurdestan, Mazandaran and Hamedan provinces on Tuesday urged them to work out the half-finished development plans.
Governors general of Kurdestan, Mazandaran and Hamadan provinces Abdol Mohammad Zahedi, Rabia' Falah Joloudar and Mohammad Nasser Nikbakht, met separately with President Rouhani on Tuesday.
They presented report on executive works underway in their provinces over the past three years to carry out the development projects, reports IRNA.
The president urged them to work out the half-finished development projects and the projects approved in the course of the president's provincial tours.
President Rouhani advised the governors general to encourage investment, tourism, knowledge-based activities to create jobs for the young graduates in the provinces.
He said that the governors general must double their efforts to enforce the measures in line with the Resistance Economy and maximum use of the capacities and potentials of the provinces.
