Iran, EU to open 2nd phase of talks in Brussels
EghtesadOnline: Iran's deputy foreign minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht Ravanchi will head to Brussels to hold talks with the European Union.
Takht Ravanchi and the Secretary General for European External Action Service (EEAS), Helga Schmid, will lead the phase of high-level talks due for November 9.
Iran and the European Union will discuss different issues including the improvement of ties in different sectors, according to ISNA.
The first phase of the two-day high-level talks between Iran and the EU were held in Tehran in February. The two sides exchanged views about bilateral cooperation in the sectors of energy, trade, banking, environment and campaign against terrorism and extremism.
