Kremlin confirms Putin pens for Iranian leaders
EghtesadOnline: The Kremlin has confirmed that Russian President Vladimir Putin had sent confidential letter to Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani.
“I can confirm the submission of the Russian president’s letter to his Iranian counterpart but cannot reveal its details,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday, Press TV reported.
Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi had also confirmed that the message from Putin was addressed to Iranian political leaders, according to ISNA.
Russia’s ITAR-TASS news agency wrote Peskov had confirmed the delivery of Putin’s message to Iran’s president.
