Iran futsal team ranks 1st in Asia
EghtesadOnline: Based on the World Futsal latest world ranking, Iranian national futsal team ranked 1st in Asia and 6th in the world.
According to World Futsal website, Portugal ranked 5th.
Brazil, Spain, Argentina, Russia, Portugal, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan stood on 1-10 places respectively, IRNA reported.
Futsal is a variant of association football played on a hard court, smaller than a football pitch, and mainly indoors. It can be considered a version of five-a-side football.
