Iranian fencer bags bronze at Poland World Cup
EghtesadOnline: Iranian fencer Ali Pakdaman received a bronze medal at Poland World Cup held in Warsaw.
In Sabre individual section, Pakdaman defeated Hungarian fencer András Szatmári.
In the final match, he was overpowered by South Korean rival and snatched a bronze medal.
The event was held with the attendance of 210 athletes from Iran, Italy, South Korea, the US, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Poland.
The World Cup “Sabre de Wolodyjowski” was held on February 23-25.
