EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange's main index, TEDPIX, gained 19,992.92 points or 1.44% on Monday to end at 1,409,355.07. The TSE equal-weighted index gained 1.48%.
About 9.25 billion shares worth 48.42 trillion rials ($166.99 million) changed hands for the day. Trading at TSE and over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday.
Motogen Company led the winning side as its shares jumped 6.87% to 2,503 rials per share.
