Orumiyeh Lake may be introduced as reference for revival
EghtesadOnline: Orumiyeh Lake will be introduced as international reference for revival if consensus made by member states of the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis, Director for Planning in Orumiyeh Lake Revival Masoud Tajrishi said on Monday.
Tajrishi said that IIASA is Vienna-based international research institute and Iran is a member of the institute.
He said that a delegation from IIASA visited the lake and raised the possibility to introduce Orumiyeh Lake as an international reference for revival in their annual meeting in Vienna in next two months, according to IRNA.
He said that areas for cooperation were introduced to IIASA and they welcomed the proposal for cooperation.
