IRGC deputy commander: Iran's deterrent might is very destructive
EghtesadOnline: Deputy Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Brigadier General Hossein Salami said on Saturday that Iran's deterrent might is very destructive against any type of aggression and is to give a crushing response to the enemies.
Speaking to IRNA, Salami said the deterrent power of the Islamic Republic of Iran is in fact a combination of guidance, leadership and management inspired by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
Firm resistance of the Iranian people on the principles of the Islamic revolution has strengthened their defensive might, he said.
Defense and protecting the significant achievements of the genuine Islam and the Islamic Republic of Iran are regarded as the reasons behind Iran's deterrent might, Salami said.
'We are not concerned about any type of aggression as no one dares to choose military option in dealing with Iran,' he said.
