Speaker: US Congress anti-Iran measure is deception
EghtesadOnline: Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani has described the recent anti-Iran measure that was taken by the US Congress as a kind of deceitfulness.
The action taken recently by the US Congress and House of Representatives to extend sanctions on Iran for another ten years is surely in violation of some articles of the nuclear deal reached by Iran and the major world powers including the US in July, 2015, Larijani said at a press briefing here on the occasion of the University Students' Day in the country on December 6, IRNA reported.
'In my opinion, the US Congress' decision was a harassment action,' said Larijani adding that 'Surely, the measure is a terrible impudence.'
