Copper Transit Via Hormozgan Railroads

EghtesadOnline: More than 500,000 tons of copper were transported via railroads of southern Hormozgan Province since the beginning of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2016), which shows a twofold increase compared with the corresponding period of a year before, says director general of Hormozgan Railroads, Mohammad Pourfakhri.

Of this amount, 219,600 tons belonged to Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex in Kerman Province and 286,100 tons were produced in Sungun Copper Mine in East Azarbaijan Province, IRNA reported.
