"There have been no political obstacles because Iran and Russia want to establish such a zone," Nebenzya said during the interview with Tass.
“This is merely an issue of negotiating conditions for this zone: what goods items we will open for access,” he added.
The EAEU is an international organization for regional economic integration. It has international legal personality and is established by the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, according to ISNA.
Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation are the current member states of the union.
