Lack of Replacement Warranty Dissuades Customers
EghtesadOnline: Chairman of Iran’s Home Appliances Association Mohammad Tahanpour believes the main problem with local brands of home appliances is their failure to offer replacement warranty.
This shortcoming, according to the official, has encouraged consumers to opt for foreign brands despite the superior quality of Iranian products. "Reputable companies have realized that the secret to their continuing presence in the market is their efforts to reduce people’s expenses," Tahanpour was quoted as saying by Foolad News.
