Iran crude oil output to reach 4 million bpd

EghtesadOnline: Iran has produced 3.8 million barrels of crude oil per day in recent months and it will reach to 4 million bpd by the end of the Iranian year, according to new analyses.

Of this amount, Iran exported nearly 2.2 million barrels per day and consumed 1.5 million to 1.7 million barrels per day in the country's refineries, according to the results of these analyses, ISNA reported.

In total, Iran also exports 500,000 to 700 thousand barrels of gas condensate every day. Iran's gas production exceeds 800 mcm/d and will reach 1 billion cubic meters by the end of the Iranian year (ended March 20, 2018).

The volume of gas for export is expected to reach 365 mcm/d by 2021 in order to outstrip the world's largest natural gas producer, Qatar.
