Nili Appointed Presidential Economic Aide
EghtesadOnline: President Hassan Rouhani has appointed Masoud Nili as his special aide in economic affairs and secretary of Economic Coordination Headquarters.
Nili has been the president’s senior economic advisor since 2013, IRNA reported. The 62-year-old economist served as deputy head of Management and Planning Organization in the governments of Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjaniand and Mohammad Khatami. He is a graduate and former dean of the Management and Economics Faculty of Sharif University of Technology from 2000 to 2011, according to Financial Tribune.
