Garlic Exported to 10 Countries
EghtesadOnline: Close to 1,390 tons of garlic worth $1.38 million were exported from Iran to 10 countries during the last Iranian year [March 2017-18], figures released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration show.
Exports headed to Belgium, Qatar, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Russian Federation, Turkmenistan and Iraq for the most part, Mizan Online reported.
The northwestern Hamedan Province is Iran’s garlic production hub, according to Financial Tribune.
