Enforcement of Reemployment Ban on Public Retirees Notified
EghtesadOnline: The ban on reemployment after the retirement of public employees will be legally enforceable within two months, the spokesman of Guardians Council, Abbasali Kadkhodaei, said.
According to the newly-ratified law, the ban would not apply to the heads of the three branches of the government (executive, legislative and judicial), first vice president, deputy speakers of the parliament, members of the Guardians Council, ministers, legislators and vice presidents. Kadkhodaei noted that provincial governors, ambassadors and deputy ministers will be subject to the ban, Tasnim News Agency reported.
