EghtesadOnline: The stock market in Iran, for a long time dogged by US sanctions, has notched up a notable achievement: ranking among the world’s best performing over the past 12 months.

EghtesadOnline: The Central Insurance Company of Iran released data about the solvency of 29 insurance companies for the current fiscal (ends in March 2019), according to which 20 firms have solvency level 1, which means they were capable of meeting their commitments to policy-holders.

EghtesadOnline: A review of the performance of financial markets in the first six months of current fiscal year (March 21- Sep. 22) shows that the stock market outperformed others in terms of both value and volume compared to data for the first half of last year, the Economic Research Department of Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture said.
