EghtesadOnline: The UAE with 54 tons worth $61.73 million of imports was the biggest destination for Iranian saffron.

EghtesadOnline: A total of 95.83 tons of saffron worth around $123.73 million were exported from Iran during the first five months of the current Iranian year (March 21-Aug. 22).

EghtesadOnline: More than 70.8 tons of saffron worth nearly $98.35 million were exported from Iran to 49 countries during the first four months of the current fiscal year (March 21-July 22), registering a 21.6% and 25.1% growth in weight and value respectively compared with the corresponding period of last year.
