EghtesadOnline: Iran is the world's 30th biggest exporter of pastry and chocolates, as it shipped $800 million worth of these products in the last Iranian year (March 2018-19).

EghtesadOnline: Iran exported 448,000 tons of pastry and chocolate worth $678 million during the 11 months to Feb. 19, registering a 13% growth compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.

EghtesadOnline: Iran exports $700 million worth of pastry and chocolate to more than 60 countries annually. This was announced by Secretary of Iranian Pastry and Chocolate Association Jamshid Maghazei on the sidelines of the 17th Iran International Confectionary Fair.

EghtesadOnline: Atotal of 145,924 tons of pastry, chocolate, bread and biscuit worth $153 million were exported from Iran to 56 countries during the first four months of the current Iranian year (March 20-July 21), according to the spokesperson of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration.

EghtesadOnline: A total of $450 million worth of chocolate and pastry were exported from Iran during the last fiscal year (March 2019-20).
