EghtesadOnline: Life insurance has become the main source of premium income for some private insurance companies, data released by the Central Insurance company of Iran (CII), the supervisory body of the sector, show.

EghtesadOnline: The so-called “Starting Business Single Window” was launched on Saturday, in the presence of government and private sector officials, including Economy Minister Farhad Dejpasand, the heads of Iran and Tehran chambers of commerce, Gholamhossein Shafei and Masoud Khansari respectively, Ali Aqa-Mohammadi, a member of Expediency Council, and Zabihollah Khodaeeyan, the head of Iranian Deeds and Properties Registration Organization.

EghtesadOnline: An estimated 3,000 energy-intensive agricultural units and households have been equipped with smart electricity meters (known as Faham in Persian) in the mountainous province of East Azarbaijan since 2016, head of the provincial power company said.
