EghtesadOnline: The Department of Fishing in Bushehr has placed a ban on all fishing activities in the southern province’s waters in the Persian Gulf as of July 7 until the start of shrimp fishing season, Abbas Ahangar Moqaddam, an official with the department, has announced.

EghtesadOnline: Some 33,000 tons of seafood worth $148 million and 25,000 tons of dates worth $30 million are exported from Bushehr Province every year, an official with Bushehr Agricultural Jihad Organization said.

EghtesadOnline: Deputy Head of Bushehr Province Customs Office in Export and Transit said on Wednesday that 39.6 million tons of non-oil goods were exported from the province to foreign countries, up by 47 percent as compared with last year.

EghtesadOnline: About 39.6 million tons of non-oil goods worth $15.2 billion were exported from the southern Bushehr Province in the last Iranian year (March 2016-17), registering a 47% rise in tonnage and 17% hike in value compared to a year before, Bushehr's Customs Administration reported.
