EghtesadOnline: Close to 8.22 million tons of oil and non-oil goods were loaded and unloaded in Hormozgan Province’s ports during the first month of the current Iranian year (March 21-April 20), registering a 4.1% increase compared with the similar period of the year before.

EghtesadOnline: A total of 1.4 million tons of non-oil goods were exported from the eastern ports of Hormozgan Province, including Shahid Bahonar Port, to Persian Gulf littoral states and East Asian countries, registering a 17% rise compared with the year before, a provincial official affiliated to Iran’s Ports and Maritime Organization said.

EghtesadOnline: Energy Minister Hamid Chitchian on Tuesday inaugurated a 230-kilovolt electrical substation in Bashagard, Hormozgan Province. The substation cost $12.2 million to develop.
