EghtesadOnline: The Iranian Offshore Oil Company and SAFF Offshore Industries Company signed an agreement in which the latter has been assigned to undertake the Kharg NGL Plant development project through a public-private partnership (PPP) on build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
