EghtesadOnline: Operations to construct three 50-megawatt wind power plants in Mil-Nader region in the underdeveloped Sistan-Baluchestan Province in southern Iran commenced on Sunday, the head of the provincial department for attracting investment in Sistan-Baluchestan said.
