EghtesadOnline: The Central Bank of Iran is to resume its auction and presale of gold coins as of Saturday.

EghtesadOnline: Despite the fact that gold coin auctions organized by the Central Bank of Iran through Bank Melli’s Bank Kargoshaee were halted on Saturday, the regulator’s director of Office for Banknote Issuance announced later in the day that the auctions will continue.

EghtesadOnline: More than 9,500 gold coins were sold in the first week of auctions held at Bank Melli Iran-affiliate Bank Kargoshaee, the head of the affiliate said.
