EghtesadOnline: A housing official said the recent meteoric rise in house prices in some of the districts of Tehran, which far surpassed the inflation, are not “real” and must decline.

EghtesadOnline: Home prices will rise at a rate higher than the inflation–currently hovering at 10%–in the next fiscal year that starts on March 21, the head of Tehran Association of Realtors said.
