EghtesadOnline: Parts manufacturer SAPCO , affiliated to Iranian carmaker SAIPA, has signed agreements worth 4.2 trillion rials ($37 million) with Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and several industrial units based in Khorasan Razavi Province.
