EghtesadOnline: The Iranian Oil Pipeline and Telecommunications Company ( IOPTC ) is ready to transfer oil derivatives from the newly-launched Persian Gulf Star Refinery in Bandar Abbas in southern Hormozgan Province to the central and northern regions, the company managing director said.
