Iran to Reopen 2nd Border Crossing With Iraqi Kurdistan
EghtesadOnline: Iran is to reopen the Parvizkhan border crossing with the Iraqi Kurdistan Region after three weeks of closure following the Sept. 25 referendum, a Kurdish official announced on Sunday.
