EghtesadOnline: A preliminary agreement to develop Siraf Refining Park, a major downstream project in the city of Siraf in the southern Bushehr Province, will be finalized by the end of the current fiscal year in March 2018, managing director of Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company (TAPPICO) said.
