Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Line Group (IRISL) has reported a major rise in its handling of the twenty-foot equivalent unit ( TEU ) containers in the current calendar year compared to the year that ended in late March 2024.

EghtesadOnline: Iran’s 22 commercial ports handled 142.77 million tons of cargo during the first eight months of the current Iranian year (March 21-Nov. 21), registering an 8% rise compared with the similar period of last year, the latest data released by the Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran show.
