The share of housing expenses in Iran, including rent and mortgage payments, has risen to nearly double the European average, creating severe financial pressure on Iranian households. As the housing sector grapples with an imbalance nearing 6 million residential units, the Fourteenth Administration, led by the President, is seeking to convene a meeting as soon as possible to address this issue.

Experts believe that the 2024 budget bill, with its current state, will raise inflation by at least 20% next year. However, contrary to these predictions, some members of parliament argue that housing price s will not only remain stable but may even experience a downward trend by the end of this year.
