Iran Electricity Consumption Near All-Time High

EghtesadOnline: Iran’s electricity consumption reached a peak of 52,470 megawatts on Sunday, the highest in the current fiscal year that started in March and close to the 52,790-MW mark reached in the fiscal 2016-17. Electricity demand is forecast to reach as high as 56,000 MW this summer, according to ISNA, citing a report by the Energy Ministry.
