Banks in Russia have started processing letters of credit ( LCs ) issued by Iranian banks amid growing trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.

EghtesadOnline: Governor General of the Central Bank of Iran Valiollah Seif says 6,000 Letters of Credit were opened by Iranian banks in the post-JCPOA era.

EghtesadOnline: Governor of the Central Bank of Iran Valiollah Seif said on Monday that after implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) over 5,800 Letters of Credit ( LCs ) have been opened up by foreign banks for Iranian businessmen.
