'We should not let the JCPOA to be weakened and all sides must remain committed to sound implementation of the nuclear accord,' he said.

It is not acceptable that a party to JCPOA puts restrictions on implementation of the accord, he said.

To attain the goal, the European leaders should persuade and give financial guarantee to banks and the insurance companies to re-establish financial cooperation with Iran, he said.

Iran attaches importance to expansion of relations with France and no hurdle can stop expansion of economic, scientific, technical and political relations between the two countries, Rouhani said.

All should take advantage of the situation created after implementation of the JCPOA in favor of the two nations at economic and technological sectors, President Rouhani said.

President Rouhani expressed deep concern about menaces of terrorism, saying that the merciless terrorists have made the region insecure, and that they have disrupted other parts in the world and Iran is ready to broaden its cooperation with Europe mainly with France in fight with terrorism and extremism.

President Rouhani deplored the alarming humanitarian situation in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Lebanon, saying that in Syria the humanitarian crisis should be resolved merely through political means and issues such as fight with terrorism, permanent ceasefire, repatriation of war refugees and rendering humanitarian aid should be on the agenda.

The government and people of Iraq and Yemen should be supported in fight against terrorism and it is expected Europe and France to help people restore peace and security in the countries, President Rouhani said.

President Rouhani called for an immediate election of Lebanese president as the national sovereignty right of Lebanese nation, he said.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to cooperate with Europe and France to help restore stability, security and resolve regional disputes, he said.

The French president, for his part, called for expansion of Tehran-Paris cooperation in all fields, saying that the current situation created by JCOPA should be heeded to broaden relations between the two nations and all sides should remain committed to their pledges about the nuclear accord.

In fight with terrorism, the French president said that all such efforts should be made quickly and Paris taking into account Iran's significant role is ready to cooperation with Tehran in the international campaign against terrorism.
