Both enemies and friends have confessed that Aleppo liberation was a major victory, Velayati noted.
He said that the Islamic Republic of Iran has enjoyed strategic long-standing ties with Syria since the time when Hafez Assad was in power.
The official underlined that Iran would continue strategic relations with Syria.
