Hemmati noted here on Saturday that he had had several meetings with the world’s top insurance officials during the previous Iranian year, (ended on March 20, 2017), IRNA reported.
Addressing the 10th edition of Iran Exhibition of Bank, Exchange and Insurance Exhibition (FINEX) that started work today, Hemmati announced that the senior insurance officials around the world have expressed readiness to cooperate with Iran after the JCPOA between the country and the six world powers.
About the unofficial international memoranda of understanding (MoU), Hemmati said they will be finalized within two or three months.
He predicted that the insurance industry in the country would witness significant growth in the current Iranian calendar year (started on March 21, 2017).
FINEX 2017 being the biggest financial event in the country will mainly introduce the achievements of Iran’s capital market.
