Iranian powerlifter grabs 2017 Paralympic Sport Award
EghtesadOnline: Iranian Paralympic powerlifter Siamand Rahman has managed to receive the 2017 Paralympic Sport Award in the Best Male category, it was reported Thursday evening.
Rahman, who is known as the world’s strongest Paralympian, won the award in a ceremony on the sidelines of the 2017 International Paralympic Committee (IPC) General Assembly and Conference in Abu Dhabi, UAE, on Thursday evening.
Currently, according to IRNA, Rahman is considered the IPC Powerlifting World Record holder in the over-107-kilogram weight category.
