No formal ban for Iranian businessmen to visit Turkey

EghtesadOnline: Head of joint Commercial Council of Iran and Turkey Reza Kami said on Tuesday that no formal ban has been declared for Iranian businessmen to visit Turkey.

He told IRNA on Tuesday that although unrest in Turkey is receding, but it is recommended that businessmen avoid unnecessary trip to Turkey and postpone their working visit to Turkey to next week.

Kami said that recent incident in Turkey had no affect on trade relations between the two countries and considering trend of tranquility in Turkey's situation it is expected the situation will come to normal soon.

Director General for East Azarbaijan Airports Mustafa Safaei said that flights from Tabriz to Turkey resumed and Atta Airlines and Turkish Airlines have carried their flights.

Iran, Turkey trade stood currently around 15 billion dollars annually.
