Ecuadorian FM says ties between Iran, Latin America to further develop
EghtesadOnline: Ecuadorian Foreign Minister Guillaume Long said present bright prospect of Iran’s ties with Latin America will even grow in near future.
In an exclusive interview with IRNA, he said the meetings between state-owned and private sectors of both countries will improve as well.
He described as “brilliant” the relations between Iran and Latin American countries and said the seminar on joint economic opportunities will open more trade chances before both countries.
He said he was optimistic about the prospect of ties with Iran, adding that better measures were to be taken to establish direct shipping lines between the two countries and enhance transportation, customs and investment.
The foreign minister also said that there is good news available on investment of Iranian companies in Ecuador.
Expressing happiness over the visit of the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to Ecuador, he said the post-sanction situation in Iran was a good chance for Latin America to cooperate with Iran.
