Rouhani congratulates Malaysian Independence Day
EghtesadOnline: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in separate messages to Malaysian King Abdul Halim of Kedah and Prime Minister Najib Razak congratulated the country’s Independence Day.
According to ISNA, he expressed the hope that bilateral ties between the two countries would be expanded further due to political will of the two sides.
“I express happiness over expanding cooperation between two brotherly countries of Iran and Malaysia and I hope that we can witness boosting bilateral ties more than before,” he said in a message to Abdul Halim of Kedah.
“It is promising that Iran-Malaysia ties have been growing in the JCPOA-era. I hope that we can witness expanding bilateral ties everyday,” he said.
