Iran, Romania urge development of all-out ties
EghtesadOnline: Iranian and Romanian officials during their meeting in Bucharest have emphasized the development of ties between the two nations and exploiting all the potential to enhance their engagements.
Amir Amini Iranian Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development , heading a delegation, met Daniela Gitman, Romanian State Secretary for Global Affairs and the two discussed ways of furthering mutual ties cooperation between Tehran and Bucharest.
Amini and his team are in the Romanian capital to take part in the preliminary meeting of Iran-Romania Joint Economic Commission.
The two sides expressed hope that during the preliminary meeting they reach agreement in principle on general issues of interest.
Gitman also expressed hope that such meetings between officials of the two countries would pave the way for enhancement of political and economic ties between Romania and Iran.
The Romanian state secretary for global affairs urged that Bucharest was intended to resume and strengthen its traditional ties with Iran.
