UNWTO Sec-Gen congratulates Vice-President on undertaking Iran tourism
EghtesadOnline: Secretary General of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) Taleb Rifai on Monday congratulated Ms. Zahra Ahmadipour on appointment to the post of Vice-President and head of Iran Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization.
In his message, Rifai said that the Islamic Republic of Iran has a record of close cooperation with UNWTO as one of members of Executive Council.
The Secretary-General extended an invitation to Ms. Ahmadipour to visit UNWTO headquarters in Madrid for consultations about cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the world body, according to IRNA.
He wished success for Ms. Ahmadipour in her new post.
